I selected the "Classic Nips." Terrific flavor that complimented the oysters without overwhelming them. I don't typically add anything to raw oysters but I do believe in trying new things. This was a fantastic experience. The bottles can be a bit tough to pour from in measured small amounts so I used an unused eye dropper.

If you never tried this, just do it. I typically don't put anything on my oysters, when they as good as what ROC is sending out, but every once in a while something of out of left field is on order. This was a hit!
